Hello Simon.  I was wanted to send you a quick note thanking you for sending Jonathon out to help fix my tractor on Saturday.  Besides fixing my oil leaks, he corrected a few other things, answered all my questions and gave me useful advice for the future. He is a very polite, professional and knowledgeable person.  I am going to email him today as a reminder about a couple of items we talked about regarding some other information he said he would get me.  I love being able to deal with your company via email.

I spent yesterday on the tractor, out enjoying the nice weather and everything is working fine (no leaks).  Thanks again for providing excellent customer service.  It is much appreciated.

Good to hear from you.

The tractor’s working fine.  My only problem is that it’s a little small for some tasks; getting large round hay bales from the top layer of a transport can be challenging.  My wife really enjoys using it for moving the hay bales as well as disking and harrowing the horse paddocks.  The four wheel drive has proven essential – even with the wheel weights when you have a large hay bale on the fork the traction of the rear wheels is limited, particularly in snow or loose soil.  Overall, we’re still very pleased with it.

DaxTrac  hockey team won the Simbol cup in the 40 plus league.

Details of the work being performed: Excavation of a hole of 1 meter deep ( with Yanmar VIO 45 ) to allow installation of drain and replacement of soil with drainage rocks. The daxtrac 40HP is being used to transport the excavated dirt to a storage location.

We are authorized to perform warranty repair on your dongfeng DF daxtrac tractor. Trust no one else but the professional of the affordable tractor!
